ORDERING
Because our art pieces are done for you personally, we want to hear from you directly to order. Please e-mail or call us with your questions and requests. It is very important to us that you get your art piece exactly as you want it.
Remember that any sample piece can also be customized to your taste, but we need initial order contact from you to do this.
SHIPPING
Orders will be shipped USPS, UPS or ground truck whichever is most cost effective to the size of your item. The shipping charges will be evaluated and charged upon completion on the art piece.
PAYMENT
We require a 50% non-refundable deposit upon order. Upon completion of your art piece, we will notify you by e-mail or telephone that it is being shipped and the remaining balance and shipping/crating fees will be charged.
We accept Visa and MasterCharge over a secure system.
All personal and credit card information is kept completely secure and confidential. We do not sell, share or trade any customer information.
